At Jones Sheds And Fencing, we ensure your high-quality garden buildings and fencing products are delivered and, if chosen, expertly fitted with care. Learn more about our process, from order placement to arrival and installation, and how we make it as smooth as possible for you.
From order to your doorstep
Once your order is placed, one of our dedicated office staff will contact you promptly. We will arrange a suitable date for delivery or fitting and discuss any necessary access arrangements for your property. The day before your scheduled delivery, you will receive a timeslot based on your position along our route. Our fittings team will then call you approximately an hour before their arrival, giving you ample time to prepare for your new garden building.
Nationwide delivery and charges
We offer free delivery for addresses up to 10 miles from Wolverhampton. Beyond this, delivery is charged at £1.50 per mile. For example, if your delivery address is 100 miles away, you will be charged for 90 miles of travel. We proudly cover mainland UK. For areas outside of mainland UK, such as Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight, delivery will be arranged via a courier service at the customer's expense.
Delivery times for your order
We aim to deliver your sheds and fencing products within 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary based on current stock levels and demand, especially for our tailor-made and customisable garden buildings. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your high-quality products to you as quickly as possible.
Preparing for installation day
If you've chosen our fitting service, we kindly ask that the pathway leading to the installation area, and the area where the shed or fence will be placed, is cleared and tidy. This preparation allows our experienced fittings team to work as efficiently and hassle-free as possible, ensuring a smooth installation of your new garden building or fencing solution. Your cooperation helps us to provide the best service.
